You will be part of the

TAO department, a solid, stable and highly specialized team responsible for an ecosystem of critical applications oriented to public administration, with a real impact on society.You will participate in long-term projects

, with stability and continuous technological evolution.

You'll work in an environment with more than 40 years of experience in digitizing the public sector.

You'll be part of a team where code quality, architecture and good practices are key.At T-Systems, we are firmly committed to Artificial Intelligence as an accelerator of software development, integrating it both into our internal processes and into the products we build.

We use corporate tools with their own generative AI licenses for assisted code generation, intelligent refactoring, automatic documentation, test automation and test case generation, and debugging and troubleshooting support.

We also develop intelligent functionality in client applications, such as intelligent document classification and processing, predictive and recommendation systems, and integrate AI as a cross layer to improve the user experience and data-based decision-making.#### Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of backend applications in Java

Design and implementation of new features

Working with Git repositories and GitFlow flows

Participation in agile methodologies (planning, retrospectives)





Incident resolution and continuous improvement

Collaboration with frontend profiles, architecture, QA and DevOps### Your ProfileWe are looking for a

Java Backend Developer with strong technical skills in Java development, experience with AI tools, and the ability to work in agile environments on critical public administration applications.#### Must Have Skills

Backend development experience with Java

Experience or familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to software development

Knowledge of Git and GitFlow

Analytical capacity and problem-solving orientation

Proactivity

Autonomy

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a team#### Nice to Have Skills
