Factual is looking to hire a high-performing, energetic Junior Consultant who is eager to contribute to our bold mission of shaping future mobility.

You will join a committed, seasoned team of mobility consultants, and participate in top-notch, mobility-related R&I; projects at international level, analyse and exploit data into actionable insights, conduct market research, develop pre-sales materials as support to business development, do technical writing on a variety of topics. You will be a member of our production team that is key to deliver excellence and value to our customers.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Supporting our existing portfolio of mobility-related projects and proposals for private and public accounts, working closely with a Project Manager and reporting to a Lead Consultant

Creating and delivering high quality project documentation and ensuring high quality standards of project outcomes

Identifying new project opportunities aligned with the company’s vision, areas of work, and strategic objectives Requirements The following skills will be considered for the candidate selection:

Be a recent graduate in Engineering, International Economics, Geography or similar education

Share our passion for mobility

Be a fast learner

Be a team player

English at proficiency level





Knowledge of other European languages is a very positive asset, especially Catalan and Spanish

Proactive attitude, enthusiasm and initiative are a must

Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral

Availability to travel around 20-30% of the time What we offer
