At CORUS we are looking for a Junior Process Consultant to join our BPM Team.

As a Junior Process Consultant, you will participate in business process analysis, design, and improvement initiatives across different industries, working alongside experienced consultants.

Location:

Barcelona or Madrid (1 day per week at the office)

Main responsibilities:

- Supporting the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes.
- Assisting in process design and modelling activities.
- Participating in process transformation and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborating with business, IT, and data teams to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Preparing analysis, reports, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to initiatives focused on customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering,



or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, business transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, or a related area.
- Basic knowledge of process management and process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with BPMN or process modelling concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and engage with different stakeholders.
- Interest in business process management and organizational transformation.
- Fluent English and Spanish, as you will participate in meetings and projects in both languages.
