EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of Portuguese to join our European team in Barcelona's office.

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our online English courses. You will have a key role in developing revenue and the number of students joining our online school as part of a fast-growing business.
Your Responsibilities
- - Inbound and outbound calls to potential new customers – zero cold calls.
- Upgrade and renew current customers.
- Qualify leads provided and turn them into business opportunities.
- Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPIs and sales targets.
- Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
- Perform database and record-keeping activities.
Requirements
- - 1-2 years experience in sales minimum.
- Advanced/native level of Portuguese. Other languages (Polish, Dutch) are a plus.
- Minimum speaking B2 level of English.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
- Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
- The candidate must already be based in Barcelona.
