Bring your commercial expertise to a growing business! We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to help drive sustainable growth across our Iberian business through strategic partnerships with some of our most important retail customers, both online and offline. In this role, you’ll combine commercial thinking, relationship management, and collaboration to create value for customers, consumers, and our business.

Based in Madrid, you’ll be part of the Iberian Key Account Management team, collaborating closely with colleagues across marketing, digital, forecasting, operations, and customer development. Occasional travel within Iberia and Europe may be required.

What You’ll Be Doing

- - Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key retail partners.

- Build and execute sustainable commercial plans that deliver mutual growth.

- Manage customer performance and contribute to profitable P&L; delivery.

- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and business performance to identify opportunities.

- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure excellent execution.

- Support omnichannel growth across physical retail and e‑commerce environments.

- Lead negotiations and develop win‑win solutions with customers.

- Adapt to evolving retail, media, and consumer landscapes through continuous learning.





About The Team The Iberian Key Account Management team is responsible for delivering profitable and sustainable growth across Spain and Portugal. We work closely with retail partners to ensure the right products and experiences reach consumers at the right time. As a trusted partner to our customers, we focus on creating long‑term value through collaboration, innovation, and shared success.

What You’ll Bring

- - Proven experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector working with e‑commerce customers or omnichannel retail.

- Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills.

- Experience building and maintaining successful customer relationships.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

- Effective negotiation skills.

- Excellent organisational skills and diligence.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Fluent Spanish language skills, as well as strong English business proficiency.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.

Nice to Have

- - Portuguese language skills.

- Experience working in an international business environment.

- Demonstrated ambition and potential for future growth and development.

Working model: Office‑based with customer and occasional international travel required.
