Our Legal

Department provides legal support to the BUFF® Group, working across a broad range of practice areas, including Intellectual Property, Commercial Law, Data Protection, Product Compliance and Criminal Compliance, partnering with teams worldwide to protect the business and enable its growth. We’re looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented professional to support the daily operations of the Legal area, ensuring efficient processes and careful documentation management with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.

About the Role: Support and administrative tasks in the legal department: follow-up of payment of invoices, support in control of budget, link purchase orders and invoices to the corresponding legal record. Schedule and arrange meetings. Management of legal files and updating of computer applications.

Complete the records of correspondence (emails, letters, etc...) and other docs/info regarding each file. Communication with internal clients and counterparts to collect and obtain the necessary information for legal cases and to drive the progress of legal cases handled by the legal department. Prepare, complete, and process documents such as contracts or other legal documents based on templates provided by the department.





Prepare documents and contracts for signature once approved and send copies of the document to all stakeholders Assist and support in legal investigations of cases managed by the department (mainly trademark infringements). Support in dealing with Data Protection requests of rights.

About you: Education: Legal degree Knowledge of law is necessary Understanding of legal advisory processes is a plus Valuable knowledge Intellectual Property Righs Knowledgement Languages: English B1/B2 What do we offer? Permanent contract.
