Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.

5-10 yrs background experience as Hotel Director/Rooms Division Director/Revenue Management Director/Hotel Operations Director in 5 * Luxury and/or Ultra Luxury Hotel.

Hotel Director shipboard experience is REQUIRED .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Effectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience.

Achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction under all circumstances, through effective responsiveness, follow through and the team's ability to resolve issues.

Ensures all inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements.

Responsible for overall hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue). ·
