Manager of Software Delivery – Supply Chain Management Connections – McKinsey & Company, Madrid, Spain. Full‑time on‑site position. Job ID: 110272.

Si sus habilidades, experiencia y cualificaciones coinciden con las de esta descripción del puesto, no demore su solicitud.

Your ImpactWorking collaboratively with our clients—often on‑site with their engineering groups and management—you will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and define new organizational structures, roles, and processes. You will join our Madrid office as part of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC) Solutions group, a component of McKinsey’s Operations practice that focuses on deeply tech‑enabling our client service. Supported by a global network of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Connections, you will spend a significant part of your time solving complex, cross‑industry client problems in the Supply Chain domain, specializing in digital Supply Chain Planning.

Your key technical responsibility will be to design and deploy solution architectures for chosen technology platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, etc.), facilitating the integration of advanced planning solutions with clients’ legacy systems. Beyond third‑party software, MSC Solutions comprises an ecosystem of customizable, web‑based digital tools that turbocharge McKinsey diagnostics and help clients digitize their production environments. During this process, you will further enhance our open‑source technology, allowing groups to capitalize on existing modules and pre‑built benchmarking infrastructure.

In our exciting collaborative culture, you will ensure we bring tangible, lasting impact to our clients by developing these tailor‑made solutions.

Additionally, you will work closely with internal product development teams and colleagues globally to optimize our capabilities, share your expertise, and expand the collective firm’s knowledge base regarding supply‑chain technology—ultimately helping to create new, innovative offerings to deploy to our clients.

Your GrowthDriving lasting impact and building long‑term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high‑performance/high‑reward culture—doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward. In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible.

Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you’ll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else. When you join us, you will have: Continuous learning, a voice that matters, a general community, and world‑class benefits.

BenefitsWe provide a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills)

and a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well‑being for you and your family. xqbhyrx
