The Merchandiser Supervisor will play a key part in shaping product direction—from sourcing and buying to stock allocation and sales performance—ensuring the right products are available at the right time, in the right place, to drive both brand appeal and profitability.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in merchandising within fashion or retail industry, with supervisory experience
- Strong fashion sense and trend awareness, with the ability to translate insights into commercial product strategies
- Proven ability in data analysis, forecasting, and sales performance tracking
- Experience managing suppliers, production processes, and negotiations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- High level xugodme of attention to detail and organizational capability
- Strong commercial mindset, with focus on sales growth and profitability
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment
