At Aubay, we are looking for a Miles Configurator Specialist to join a stable international project, working with multicultural teams and technologies related to the Miles platform.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Configuration and maintenance of user accounts, profiles, and permissions.
- Management of data imports and exports.
- Configuration and maintenance of workflows and business processes.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and training materials.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to identify system improvements and enhancements.
- SLA tracking and KPI monitoring.

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in similar roles.

Technical Skills
- Miles Platform and Miles modules.
- SQL.
- REST APIs.
- Jira and Confluence.
- ServiceNow.





We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in the financial sector (preferred).
- Mandatory English level of B2 or higher.
