About The Role What if your instinct for thinking like an attacker could directly shape how AI understands cyber threats? We're looking for Offensive Security Analysts to analyze real-world attack paths, model adversary behavior, and help train the AI systems that will define the next generation of security intelligence. This role is about structured adversarial reasoning — not exploit development.
You'll map how threats move through systems, where defenses break down, and how risk cascades across modern environments. Your expertise becomes the ground truth that frontier AI learns from. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced security professionals who want meaningful work on their own schedule.

Generate, label, and validate adversarial reasoning data used to train and evaluate AI systems
Clearly articulate attack chains, risk impact, and security tradeoffs in structured formats
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience in pentesting, red teaming, or a blue-team role with deep attack knowledge
You understand how real attacks unfold in production environments — not just in theory
Able to trace an attack chain from initial access to impact and explain every step clearly
Comfortable working with structured data formats and written analysis
Detail-oriented, methodical, and able to work independently without hand-holding
No exploit development or active offensive tooling required for this role Nice to Have Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK;, Cyber Kill Chain, or STRIDE

Fully remote and adaptable — work when and where it suits you
Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, task-based work
