OpenShift Engineer - 100% on-site in Getafe

Role: Senior OpenShift / Kubernetes Engineer

Location: Getafe, Madrid (100% On-site)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Language: English (C1 / Advanced)

- Lead the deployment, administration, and optimization of Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes cluster environments.
- Manage, configure, and maintain underlying Linux-based enterprise infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, security compliance, and performance tuning for containerized workloads.
- Work directly on-site with local and international engineering teams to support critical project milestones.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and platform engineering.
- OpenShift & Kubernetes: Proven expertise in container orchestration, OpenShift administration,



and Kubernetes lifecycle management.
- Linux Systems: Deep technical knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL preferred).
- Language: Fluent English (C1 level or higher) for international technical collaboration.
- Location & Presence: Must be able to work full-time on-site at the customer office in Getafe, Madrid.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or CKA/CKAD certifications.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, container security, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Ability to start on short notice for a 5–6 month contract engagement.
