As a middle-level Operations Software Engineer, you won't just watch dashboards, you'll build the ones that matter, automate away the tickets that shouldn't exist, and ship real fixes alongside our senior engineers. Think less "support queue," more "the person who makes the support queue smaller every sprint." What You'll Do

Design and maintain dashboards, alerts, scripts, and automated procedures.

Monitor systems and applications to prevent and mitigate incidents.

Manage operational tickets: incident analysis and resolution.

Implement fixes (development, testing) and support production deployments.

Develop code improvements for maintenance projects.

Work with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.

Spot the gaps in our processes and code before they become someone's 2am problem.

What We're Looking For (Must-Have)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.





Around 3 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or development.

Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, ELK, or similar).

Scripting or programming experience (Python, Bash, or JavaScript).

Familiarity with version control and CI/CD workflows.

Comfortable working with technical documentation, runbooks, and standard procedures.

Basic knowledge of or interest in testing and validating software changes.

You like fixing the actual problem, not just the symptom — you communicate clearly, and you're always up for learning something new. Nice to Have

Cloud certifications (e.g., Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate).

Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, coding copilots, agent-based dev tools, etc.).

Knowledge of incident management and high-availability environments.
