At ALOHAS, we're reinventing how fashion is made. Sustainability isn't a campaign for us; it's the operating constraint we design everything around. You'll join an Operations team that runs on a deeply automated backbone: order routing, document generation, customer notifications, tracking, and compliance checks are handled by systems, so our people can spend their time where it actually matters — on the exceptions, the cost, and the continuous improvement.
As an Operations & Supply Chain Specialist, you own a permanent slice of our outbound volume end to end — and you're cross-trained to flex across the rest when peaks, absences or transitions hit. You run your own book of orders through the full cycle (delivery note, invoicing, picking, fulfilment, shipping, delivery), and you're the human judgment on top of an automated engine: you catch what the system flags, fix what it can't, and make the system better so it doesn't flag the same thing twice. One of our specialization tracks — and a strong reason to apply if it's your background — is international export/import logistics: forwarders, carriers, customs, and freight-cost control across our global markets.
This is for someone who loves logistics precision, takes pride in protecting both deadlines and margins, and is energised — not threatened — by working alongside automation. Own a defined, permanent volume of outbound orders — a channel or region slice — and carry it through the full sale-order cycle: delivery notes, invoicing, picking, fulfilment, shipping and final delivery. ~ 95%, chargebacks 95%, and protect compliance across every channel you touch. ~ Keep goods moving across borders (export/import track) ~ Own international customs procedures, export/import documentation,
and compliance with global shipping regulations across our markets. Control cost and protect the margin Own outbound transport cost management within target (±5%), validate every freight and carrier invoice for accuracy, and raise chargebacks or disputes when the numbers don't reconcile.
Track and report transport cost, OTIF, SLAs and logistics KPIs; build the ad-hoc analysis the team needs to make decisions. Hold the line on 3PL & carrier performance Monitor warehouse and 3PL service levels (SLAs, efficiency, accuracy), follow up on gaps, and act as the link between forwarders, carriers, couriers, the 3PL, accounting and the wider Operations team. Flex across channels Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Commerce or a related field — or equivalent operational experience that proves it.
Proven experience running operational fulfilment, distribution, or freight/forwarder management, ideally in DTC, retail or fashion.
For the export/import track: hands-on experience with international logistics — integral shipping regulations, customs procedures and documentation.
Strong cost and invoice control: the rigour to validate freight billing and keep a transport budget on target. Solid data and reporting skills; Versatile and a fast learner — able to own a permanent book and pick up additional tracks (B2B, Americas, Boutiques, Returns) when the team needs it.
