Experteer Overview In this role you drive regional/account growth in Madrid–Valladolid by leading commercial efforts for medical devices, notably Rhythm Management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute regional sales strategies, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and strengthen relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. You’ll engage in tendering, pricing, and contract negotiations while supporting operating room procedures. - Lead with a commercial focus to drive account conversions and grow market share in the central region.
- Execute regional and local sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in accounts, in collaboration with FCS, SAM, KAM, and RSM.
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within the territory.
- Manage end-to-end sales process: account planning, pricing, and contracts.




- Collaborate with KAMs and coordinate with FCS and Inside Sales to implement tailored Account Action Plans.
- Maximize stakeholder engagement opportunities, including operating room support as needed.Responsabilidades
- 3–5 years in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
- Exposure to Rhythm Management products or clinical support preferred.
- Experience supporting operating room procedures.
- Knowledge of local healthcare markets and hospital purchaser landscape.
- Background in Rhythm Management devices and procedures preferred.
- Skilled in preparing tenders and engaging with purchasing departments and hospital decision-makers.
- Strong business acumen with experience in planning and executing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Positive attitude, high motivation, and a team-oriented mindset.
