As Director, Senior Employment Counsel (Global), you will provide expert employment-law guidance across regions, partnering with People, Legal, and executive leadership to ensure compliant, scalable practices. You will shape region-specific policies, advise on workforce planning, and support complex cross-border matters including Mu0026amp;A and restructuring. The role combines strategic risk management with hands-on execution in a integral, matrixed environment. This position offers a chance to impact Scopely’s international people strategy from the Barcelona hub.

• Provide expert counsel on employment law across multiple regions with emphasis on Europe, Middle East u0026 Asia
• Partner with People Team and business leaders to guide decision-making on employee relations and risk
• Support creation of employment documentation with Talent and Compensation teams
• Manage employment litigation and coordinate with outside counsel as needed
• Develop and update region-specific policies, handbooks,



contracts, and procedures
• Advise on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, and Mu0026A activities
• Advise on works councils, unions, and CBAs across supported regions
• Monitor regional legal developments and adjust policies to stay compliant

Responsabilidades
• Law degree with admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction
• In-office presence in Barcelona 2–3 days per week (relocation available)
• Minimum 14 years of progressive global employment-law experience
• Proven experience advising on complex cross-border issues in a global, matrixed environment
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and risk-management focus
• Excellent negotiation skills and business resilience
