We are looking for an experienced strongPassenger Charter Broker /strong to join our team based in strongMadrid, Spain /strong. /ppstrongPurpose of the Role /strong /pulliManage all aspects of a Passenger charter flight from initial request to booking and handling of flight operations to completion. /liliMaximize business opportunities by offering tailored solutions to meet client requirements within budgetary and operational restrictions while ensuring suitable profit for the company. /liliGenerate and manage a portfolio of clients and actively develop new business through initiatives including following up on new leads, client recommendations, and networking opportunities. /li /ulpstrongKey Responsibilities of the Role /strong /pulliCommunicate effectively with aircraft providers for offers. /liliNegotiate with aircraft providers when necessary to procure best value for clients. /liliEnsure timely offers with detailed and accurate information are provided for clients. /liliEnsure all contracts, insurance, and regulatory matters are accurate, legally compliant, and meet company requirements. /liliVerify supplier contracts in detail and ensure all terms comply with company charter agreements. /liliIssue flight briefs with all flight-related information. /liliLiaise with clients to identify requirements and source suitable, competitive aircraft charter solutions. /liliMaintain and develop relationships with both key clients and new business leads to maximize business opportunities and increase client loyalty. /liliKeep clients informed of any developments linked to specific bookings. /liliProvide support for sales activity for new business development.
