Operating within a market where wireless fire detection remains significantly underpenetrated, the business is well positioned to capitalise on increasing customer demand for connected, versátil and digitally enabled fire safety solutions. /p pWe are seeking to appoint a commercial business leader to accelerate growth, strengthen organisational capability and establish Hyfire as the leading wireless fire detection specialist across Iberia. /p h3The Role /h3 pReporting to the International Business Unit Director, the Head of Business Unit will have full responsibility for the performance of the Iberian operation, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on execution. The role carries full PL accountability and responsibility for driving sustainable growth across the business. /p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liLeading the Iberian business with full PL responsibility /li liDeveloping and executing the growth strategy for the region /li liAccelerating adoption of wireless fire detection technology across key markets /li liBuilding and developing a high performing sales, operational and technical organisation /li liIntroducing greater structure, process and scalability to support future growth /li liStrengthening relationships with customers, installers,



system integrators and key stakeholders /li liEstablishing Hyfire as the market leader for wireless fire detection systems across Iberia /li /ul pThe role requires close engagement with customers, commercial teams, technical specialists and senior stakeholders across the wider Orama group. /p h3The Person /h3 pThis role will suit a commercially astute and entrepreneurial leader who enjoys building and scaling businesses. /p h3You are likely to bring: /h3 ul liExperience as a General Manager, Country Manager, Business Unit Leader or senior sales leader within a regulated technical B2B environment /li liA track record of delivering sustainable growth and market development /li liPL ownership and strong commercial and financial acumen /li liExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing organisational capability /li liExposure to technical, regulated or safety‑critical markets /li liThe ability to introduce structure, process and operational discipline within a growing business /li liA hands‑on, collaborative leadership style combined with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively /li /ul pDirect fire safety experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
