You'll be working across our most business-critical hiring areas, bSales /b (AE, AM, BDR) and bCare /b (CSM, Support), across multiple geographies including France, Spain, the UK, the US, and Colombia. /p pThis is a hands-on role where you'll be sourcing candidates, running first calls, working on employer branding, and partnering closely with hiring managers to build the right processes. You'll learn fast, have real ownership from day one, and work in an environment where things move quickly. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 h3Sourcing Pipeline /h3 ul liProactively hunt for talent on LinkedIn and other platforms, build pipelines before we need them /li liTriage inbound applications and identify the strongest fits quickly and fairly /li liRun intro calls to pre-screen candidates against clear criteria,



and give them a great first impression of Ringover /li /ul h3Supporting Hiring Managers /h3 ul liPartner with Sales and Care managers to write solid hiring briefs and define their adecuado candidate persona /li liHelp review and improve scorecards to ensure we're evaluating candidates consistently and fairly /li liBe a trusted sparring partner for managers who want to hire well, not just hire fast /li /ul h3Employer Branding Events /h3 ul liContribute to our employer brand strategy, how we show up on LinkedIn, at events, on campuses /li liHelp organize and run recruiting events targeting candidates and students /li liThink creatively about how we can stand out in competitive talent markets /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liA first experience in a TA or recruiting role, either in-house (ideally in a fast-growing environment) or in a recruitment agency, this is non-negotiable /li liGenuine passion for recruitment and for connecting people with the right opportunities /li liStrong people skills, you're naturally curious, a good listener, and people enjoy talking to you /li liLeadership mindset: you take ownership, follow through, and don't wait to be told what to do /li liFluent in French and English, both are essential given our geographies.
