Experteer Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Factorial, you will drive sourcing, attraction, and hiring for our fast-growing GTM teams across DACH, French, and UK u0026amp; ROW regions. You’ll partner with Hiring Managers to own the recruitment lifecycle and ensure smooth onboarding. You’ll shape high-performing, diverse teams that support our mission of enabling people and businesses to thrive. This is a hands-on role in a rapidly scaling, globally distributed company with a strong People culture and focus on candidate experience.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, and delivering timely feedback to candidates
• Screen candidates via resumes, phone screens, assessments, and behavioural interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other teams to understand needs and advise on hiring priorities
• Strategize and implement actions to continually identify new talent through sourcing, events, and community engagement
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience through all recruitment stages




• Source passive candidates from diverse channels and engage them into the process
• Support People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement, Diversity u0026 Inclusion and related projects

Responsabilidades
• Fluent in English; German or French a plus
• Proven track record as Talent Acquisition in international/global markets, preferably in tech/scale-up environments
• Experience handling GTM roles across multiple functions (sales, finance, engineering, etc.)
• Willingness to teach, learn, and adapt while maintaining high standards of communication and organization
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
