You will shape sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and guide offer negotiations, while ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations. You’ll leverage modern recruitment tools and creative channels to reach active and passive candidates and provide market insights to the team. - Bachelor's degree in HR, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience (in-house, RPO, or agency)
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial
- Experience with Workday or Eightfold is a plus
