Experteer Overview
In this role you combine hands-on hotel revenue management with a consultative SaaS sales approach to help hoteliers adopt DR+. You will be the domain expert within the sales team, educating existing customers on value-driven pricing and commercial outcomes. You’ll lead data-driven demonstrations, manage the full upsell cycle, and collaborate across teams to refine the DR+ GTM strategy. This is a growth opportunity to translate deep operational expertise into strategic technology sales impact, in a fast-paced, international environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Consultative upselling to existing customers (warm leads) discussing revenue management, pain points, and goals
• Value demonstration through data-driven product demos showing DR+ impact on pricing, yield, and ROI
• Expert education leveraging hotel revenue management background to align DR+ with commercial strategy
• Own end-to-end sales cycle within territory from qualification to closing and activation handoff
• Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly upsell revenue targets for DR+




• CRM management in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and pipeline health
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Customer Success, and Marketing to refine DR+ Go-to-Market messaging

Responsabilidades
• Strong background in hotel revenue management with hands-on experience
• Ambition to transition into a high-growth SaaS commercial environment
• Clear communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in German
• Proven inside sales, account management, or B2B sales aptitude or strong willingness to learn
• Proactive, results-oriented, able to work independently and in fast-paced teams
• Experience with a CRM (ideally Salesforce) and standard business tools
