Experteer Overview As an IT Project Owner - Business Analyst, you will lead Local Regulatory Reporting (LRR) initiatives, blending end-to-end project delivery with analytical design. You translate financial objectives into technical solutions and ensure alignment between Finance and IT. You’ll drive cross-functional coordination, define scope and budgets, and oversee UAT and defect management. This role shapes regulatory reporting capabilities within BNP Paribas’ FRS agenda and emphasizes impact through scalable, compliant systems.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Manage full project lifecycle: scope, budgets, resources
- Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and process maps
- Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendors for timely delivery
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect backlog

- Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or Engineering degree with finance knowledge
- Over 3 years of experience in Finance or Project Management within banking
- Proven experience implementing IFRS
- Fluent English (B2+); French is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Jira (or similar Agile tools)
- Experience as a BA in Finance systems or accounting interfaces (preferred)
