In this role you drive end-to-end healthcare operations transformations within Integrated Health Solutions, partnering with hospitals and Medtronic teams to translate strategy into measurable improvements. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, scale best practices, and accelerate value delivery across EurAsia. The position blends consulting rigor with hands-on delivery, offering exposure to large programs and senior stakeholders in a remote-friendly setup with travel.

- Translate strategic recommendations into practical solutions and improved ways of working
- Partner with hospital leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver value

Responsabilidades

- Master's degree with strong academic record
- 7+ years of consulting experience (strategy, Big4, healthcare) or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience leading end-to-end transformation programs with measurable results
- Strong understanding of healthcare or hospital environments and decision-making processes
- Strong xugodme program and project management skills in multi-stakeholder settings
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategies into practical solutions with business impact
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including engagement with senior/C-suite stakeholders
- Experience in supply chain, data analytics, healthcare transformation, digital health, or change management is an advantage
