We're hiring a Principal Product Manager to join our Product Management team (part of the AIDEC Business Line). Your goal and focus is to drive value for our customers by providing innovative capabilities that help enterprises realize transformative impact through AI.

You'll have a key and strategic role, helping to shape the vision and product strategy of the Rapidminer platform and driving their execution leading to tangible business outcomes and business success.

As integral layer, the Rapidminer platform contains authoring and operationalization capabilities for data science,



machine learning and AI and related data-driven decision making, targeted at a broad range of enterprise user personas ranging from business users to citizen developers to data experts. Ready for the challenge?

- Partnering with senior leadership to define and evolve the vision and strategy for Rapidminer’s AI products, ensuring strong alignment with the overall platform direction.
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a successful team of product managers- encouraging curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Championing commercial success by collaborating with marketing, sales, and customers, shaping go‑to‑market approaches, enabling teams, and helping meet revenue ambitions.
