Experteer Overview As Senior Manager, Retrofit Sales you lead growth in Evac’s retrofit and modernization business, shaping how we position and deliver value-driven solutions in marine and cruise segments. You will act as a strategic partner to customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to win and execute complex opportunities. You’ll drive go-to-market strategies, engage senior stakeholders, and pilot innovative approaches to sustain long-term customer value. - Drive growth of retrofit business by building and converting a robust sales pipeline
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, commercial models and value propositions
- Engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite, to align with long-term business objectives
