With Buddies /b team in Barcelona, Spain on a hybrid basis. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liOwn planning and execution for multiple feature pods, managing schedules, resources, and dependencies across disciplines /li liLead all pod ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment and participation from all crafts /li liDrive clarity in pre-development by facilitating early planning, identifying risks, and helping teams scope accurately /li liCollaborate closely with Design, Product, Art, Engineering, and QA to ensure smooth and efficient feature delivery /li liEnsure pod readiness at each milestone, aligning execution with roadmap expectations and quality standards /li liMaintain and improve production documentation, including timelines, status reports, and sprint artifacts /li liSupport cross-functional collaboration by clearing blockers, managing risks, and tracking deliverables /li liFoster a healthy and inclusive team environment through clear communication, empathetic leadership, and structured workflows /li liBalance multiple initiatives across pods, keeping teams paced and focused without burnout or bottlenecks /li liPartner with leads and stakeholders to continuously improve development processes and pod operations /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in game production,
