Experteer Overview As IT Account Manager, you drive end-to-end management of the AGN service lifecycle and serve as the key interface between Allianz Technology and Allianz operating entities. You strengthen AGN service perception by delivering measurable improvements and managing customer relationships across Europe. You align AGN strategy with customer priorities and coordinate with global squads to optimize KPIs, SLAs, and value delivery.
