Alstom is seeking a European Legal Counsel – Procurement & EPC Contracts to join our team in Madrid. The role focuses on providing senior legal support for procurement activities and EPC contracts across Europe, including tender evaluation and dispute management.
You will work closely with business teams to assess risk, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, including knowledge of Portuguese law where relevant. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
