Showroom Assistant - Barcelona

MAM is looking for a Showroom assistant to take care of MAM's new showroom in Barcelona. The showroom assistant will be the face of MAM's showroom and will be responsible for customer service, showroom communication, greeting customers, answering questions about MAM products, helping customers find what they're looking for, and keeping the space clean and organized.

Responsibilities

- Arrange product assortment on showroom display.
- Maintain inventory levels and order items from the logistic department when necessary.
- Provide information about the store's products and services to customers.
- Make minor repairs to damaged items or arrange repairs by specialized craftsmen.
- Organize fashion shows and other special events in the store's showroom.
- Demonstrate product features and applications to customers.
- Prepare merchandise for sale by folding, packing, and shipping.
- Assist customers with product selection and sales transactions.




- Maintain visual displays of products by arranging items and new collections.
- Take care of MAM customer service.
- Communicate with the showroom staff and customers.

Requirements

- Education: An associate's degree or certificate in retail or fashion merchandising is highly considered.
- Knowledge in fashion, merchandising, fashion design, fashion marketing, fashion merchandising, and retail is highly considered.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe programs is adecuado.
- Spanish and English proficiency is a must.
