Working across Finance, IT, and business functions, the Senior IT Project Manager will ensure technology initiatives support broader bstrategic finance transformation objectives /b, including process harmonization, automation, improved financial insights, and operational efficiency. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead end-to-end delivery of bstrategic finance transformation and financial technology projects /b. /li liTranslate finance transformation strategies and business objectives into structured IT project roadmaps and delivery plans. /li liDrive modernization, standardization, and optimization of global finance processes and supporting technology platforms. /li liOversee implementation and enhancement of financial systems such as bSAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Workday, and related enterprise platforms /b. /li liCoordinate Finance, IT, business, and external partners to define requirements, project scope, and transformation objectives. /li liManage project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and change management activities. /li liSupport finance process transformation across areas such as reporting, planning, controlling, accounting, and financial operations. /li liManage vendors and third-party integrations, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.



/li liEnsure delivery complies with pharmaceutical industry regulations, IT governance, and internal quality standards. /li liProvide executive-level reporting and communicate project progress, risks, and business value to senior stakeholders. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of IT Project Management experience in a senior or lead capacity. /li liProven experience delivering bFinance Transformation, Finance IT, or financial systems projects /b. /li liStrong understanding of bfinance processes, operating models, and enterprise technology landscapes /b. /li liExperience translating bstrategic finance objectives into technology and transformation initiatives /b. /li liExperience with enterprise financial platforms such as bSAP, SAC, Workday, Oracle, or similar solutions /b. /li liStrong financial acumen, including budget management, cost analysis, business cases, and ROI. /li liExperience managing complex integral projects involving Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors. /li liStrong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. /li liExperience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
