Job Overview

As an internal trainee in continuous improvement, you will work on efficiency and waste reduction projects in the assigned production line using TPM methodology.

Responsibilities

- Observe, analyze and challenge existing practices and processes in the plant.
- Track KPIs, identify root causes of deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Train and support plant staff in TPM tools.
- Participate in the selection and implementation of Kaizen improvement ideas.

Requirements

- University degree or higher (Agronomic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Science and Technology).
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Communication skills and ability to interact with plant personnel.
- Teamwork capability.
- Observation, analysis and listening skills.

Education / Certifications

Degree/Master in a branch of Engineering. English B2/C1. Valued:



specialization or experience in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, industrial organization.

Program Details

- Contract: 12‑month internship.
- Duration: 12 months.
- Location: Viana, Spain.
