/p h3This Job is located in Madrid /h3 h3Your Role as a Payroll Specialist — Spain Portugal /h3 pAs Our First Payroll Specialist For Spain Portugal, You Will Own The Full Payroll Cycle For Approximately 280+ Employees Across Two Countries /p h3Spain — 200+ employees /h3 pTools: Ekon (payroll ERP), HiBob (HRIS), Edenred (meal vouchers) /p h3Portugal — 80+ employees /h3 pTools: Primavera, PHC ERP /p pYou will take over from the current provider following a structured 2-month handover in September and October 2026, and be fully autonomous from November 1, 2026. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liRun the full monthly payroll cycle for Spain and Portugal, end-to-end /li liManage all social and tax declarations (Spain: SS RED, IRPF; Portugal: Social Security, IRS) /li liMaintain and update payroll data in Ekon and Primavera /li liCoordinate with HR on hires, exits, contract changes, and variable elements /li liInterface with HiBob for payroll input data (Spain) /li liHandle employee payroll queries /li liEnsure compliance with Spanish and Portuguese labour law /li liReport payroll data to Finance on a monthly basis /li liDocument processes and contribute to audit readiness /li /ul h3About You /h3 h3Must-have /h3 ul li5+ years of hands-on payroll experience in Spain and/or Portugal /li liDeep knowledge of Spanish payroll compliance: Social Security (SS RED), IRPF,
