In this Marketing Manager role, you will lead brand and growth initiatives for Spain and Portugal, shaping go-to-market strategies and local storytelling to drive conversions. adapting integral campaigns to local nuances• Run experiments to test hypotheses and inform go-to-market strategy with analytical rigor• Deliver campaigns with growth bias and measurable business impact (NABs, activation, revenue)• Collaborate with regional leadership and global Marketing to ensure local resonance and commercial performance• Scale creative efforts by creating playbooks and operationalising resources for Southern EuropeResponsabilidades• Fluency in Spanish (native level) and English• 4+ years of marketing experience in fast-paced, preferably hyper-growth tech environments• Experience leading local or regional xqbhyrx marketing for a brand across multiple markets• Knowledge of local markets and competitive fintech/payments landscape in Spain and/or Portugal• Experience developing stories and content to drive conversion• Track record of strategic direction and cross-functional project management for complex campaigns• Ability to distill data into actionable insights for campaign strategy and product development• Charismatic, people-focused communicator capable of working in a growth environmentRequisitos principales•
