- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence dealing with demanding situations in a calm and professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong digital skills and confidence working with property-management and task-management systems
- A high level of personal accountability and discretion

Knowledge of Catalan, French, German, Dutch, Italian or other languages will be considered a strong advantage.

What we offer

- A full-time position based in our central Barcelona office
- An inspiring workplace in a characterful modernist building
- A competitive salary based on experience
