As Product Director, you will lead the Hybrid Casual portfolio for Belka Games, owning strategy, live operations, and Ru0026amp;D to drive sustainable growth and long-term value. You’ll shape product health, monetization, and team organization while aligning cross-functional partners around shared goals. The role sits on the Belka Games leadership team, contributing to a broader product strategy and scalable practices.
