As a General Social Media Paid Media Manager, you will design and execute paid social strategies across markets to boost brand awareness, engagement, and ROI. You’ll partner with marketing and commercial teams to optimize media investments using data-driven insights. You drive audience targeting, campaign planning, and performance analytics while coordinating with cross-functional teams during launches. This role offers the chance to shape global paid social programs and work in an international, collaborative environment.

• Coordinate with Social Media Content, Go-to-Market teams, Campaign Operations, Customer Engagement, and external agencies.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in Paid Social, Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong analytical mindset with proven optimization experience
• Experience managing media budgets
• Good understanding of audience targeting, segmentation and marketing funnels
• Excellent stakeholder management in an international environment
• Fluent English
• Experience in global organizations is an advantage
