We are looking for a Integral Quality Assurance (GQA) to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial sector.

- Perform functional and technical testing of Windows builds, corporate applications, GPOs, corporate images and SCCM/MECM infrastructure changes.
- Validate laptops, monitors, docks, peripherals and other hardware integrations, ensuring compatibility with corporate devices and standards.
- Assess risks, troubleshoot issues and identify potential user or production impacts at an early stage of the delivery lifecycle.
- Maintain the dedicated pre-production laboratory environment, including servers, Active Directory,



Windows infrastructure and SCCM/MECM.
- Process requests received through ServiceNow and Workplace Design teams, following structured validation workflows.
- Produce detailed validation reports and provide clear go/no-go decisions for production releases.
- Collaborate with international Evolution, Packaging, Deployment and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure and reliable end-to-end delivery.
- Solid experience in functional and technical quality assurance for workplace or end-user computing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, GPOs and SCCM/MECM.
- Experience testing operating systems, corporate applications, hardware integrations and Windows corporate builds.
- Strong troubleshooting, risk-assessment and technical-analysis capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and consistently apply quality
