Experteer Overview
In this role, you shape the Maintenance Production System for Siemens Mobility, driving digital innovations and efficient planning across international projects. You collaborate with plant management and cross-functional teams to develop a competitive maintenance concept and optimize shopfloor workflows. You act as a liaison between operations and management, delivering data-driven improvements and supporting Ru0026amp;D efforts. This is a hands-on, international position focused on transforming maintenance operations at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Several years of experience in industrial engineering, factory planning, production planning, or related fields
• Technical degree in engineering or natural sciences; Master’s preferred
• Experience with process simulation, data analytics, optimization methods, or digital planning tools
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, SQL or similar analytical tools
• Willingness to explore new technologies and validate concepts via prototypes
• Strong analytical thinking, quick comprehension, independent working style, high motivation
