You will act as a strategic partner to our Account Managers to understand business needs, identify the right experts, and connect them with our clients’ projects. /p pMore than a traditional recruitment role, you will become a talent ecosystem builder, combining sourcing expertise, market knowledge, partner management, and continuous improvement to build sustainable talent pipelines. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliFind the right talent for the right opportunities /liliWork closely with Account Managers to understand business needs and quickly identify the right experts. /liliManage a high volume of recruitment needs, ensuring fast and accurate matching between projects and talents. /liliBuild and execute strategic sourcing approaches to attract qualified profiles across different expertise areas. /liliMaintain an active pipeline of talents to respond quickly to business opportunities. /liliBuild and nurture our Talent Community /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with consultants, freelancers, and experts to grow our Talent Community. /liliKeep our Talent Pool engaged, qualified, and updated to anticipate future business needs. /liliAct as a key contact for external partners (consulting firms, ESNs, and recruitment partners). /liliDevelop strategic partnerships to expand our sourcing reach and ensure a sustainable flow of qualified profiles. /liliImprove and scale our recruitment approach /liliContribute to improving our processes, tools, and ways of working to make recruitment more efficient and scalable. /liliShare market insights and ideas to continuously strengthen our sourcing strategy and talent ecosystem. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ulliMaster’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field /lili1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment,
