ph3Technical Compliance Engineer I (English / Portuguese) - Spain /h3 h3Job Description /h3 pThe Technical Compliance Engineer provides technical consulting services to regulators, manufacturers, and Engineering staff. This position is responsible for the review and evaluation of technical matters related to gaming regulatory compliance. The team acts as a technical conduit between the regulators and laboratory testing or the “lab mechanics” that ensures tests are performed correctly, to the regulator’s satisfaction. Technical Compliance Engineers are advisors on technical gaming regulations both internally and externally. /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide customer service/support to regulators and suppliers /li liConduct evaluations of submission files, identifying any areas of regulatory concern and provide related determinations. This includes but is not limited to: /li liHandling Incoming Review / Critical modifications /li liPerforming Outgoing Reviews / Technical Evaluations /li liPerforming Issues/Bugs Evaluations /li liDevelopment of Certification Report Disclosures /li liEvaluate documentation related to submissions/testing and demonstrate a basic level of understanding of gaming product(s) /li liResponsible for maintaining current regulations, jurisdictional profiles /li liMaintains working knowledge of common industry technical standards and minimum internal controls for assigned jurisdictions /li liMaintains familiarization with GLI Standard Series and Evolution and jurisdictional process changes /li liPerform reviews from a regulatory compliance stance on new verification utilities procedures /li liDevelop/maintain internal procedural documentation, coversheets,



forms and test scripts /li liWork with the Engineering groups in various offices on regulatory technical questions and issues /li liProvide technical training and/or workshops to internal/external customers /li liUse of JIRA to keep track of current projects /li /ul h3Experience, Education, Skills, and Credentials /h3 ul libMust be able to communicate fluently, in all forms, in Portuguese. /b /li liDegree in computer science, electrical / computer engineering or equivalent technical backgrounds. /li liFormal training, experience, or demonstrated competency may be evaluated and considered acceptable in lieu of the educational requirements. /li liMust possess good analytical skills. /li liMust have great written and oral communication skills, including a passion for customer service. /li liMust have the ability to quickly assess issues, find solutions, and analyse the results. /li liMust have the ability to multi-task and work as part of a team. /li liMust have Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. /li li25 annual leave days. /li liDiscretionary End-year bonus. /li liOnsite role related training provided. /li liWeekly fresh fruit, free coffee, tea, water and chill-out space at the office. /li liInternational work atmosphere with 30 different nationalities within EMEIA. /li /ul pGaming Laboratories International (GLI) is a gaming services company.
