As the Head of Employee Benefits Partnerships, you will lead our B2B offer to other companies with our products (especially the aligner therapy). Your primary mission is to identify, negotiate, and close deals with corporate benefits providers, HR tech platforms, insurance brokers, and aggregators to embed our product as a premium perk within their corporate packages.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Strategic Pipeline Management: Identify and map out top-tier corporate benefit providers, perk providers (e.g., Fond, Perkbox), HRIS ecosystems, and corporate insurance brokers.
- Deal Execution: Drive the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach and high-level pitching to contract negotiation, pricing structures, and closing.
- Value Proposition Design: Craft compelling pitches that demonstrate how embedding our product increases the provider's platform engagement, adds value to their corporate clients, and delights employees.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Partner with Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure seamless technical integration and compliant, attractive co-marketing launches.
- Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationship health, driving usage and adoption of our perk post-launch to ensure high renewal rates.
