You will work hands‑on installing and maintaining workshop infrastructure, organizing tools and equipment, ensuring safe and compliant operations, and enabling assembly, inspection, and preparation activities for propulsion hardware. You’ll collaborate daily with engineers and operations teams to keep the workshop functional, safe, and ready for production, playing a key role in enabling high‑quality manufacturing, integration, and workflow execution across all projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Manufacturing Operations /h3 ul liPerform basic machining operations, including cutting, drilling, deburring, and preparing mechanical parts according to drawings, procedures, and safety requirements. /li liSupport mechanical assembly activities, integrating components, subassemblies, and hardware used in propulsion systems, tooling, and support equipment. /li liAssist with welding-related tasks, such as preparation of materials, handling of welding equipment, and coordination with certified welders for orbital, TIG, or structural welds. Perform basic welding operations (e.g., TIG, MIG) for workshop setup and infrastructure when required. /li liSet up and maintain tools, machines, and handling equipment. /li liPerform routine inspections and ensure all equipment remains operational and compliant. /li liEnsure all manufacturing activities follow company safety standards, proper PPE usage, and equipment‑specific operating procedures. /li liMaintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment, ensuring tooling, fixtures, and machinery remain operational and compliant.



/li /ul h3Workshop Warehouse Setup /h3 ul liSupport the setup and organization of a new workshop and warehouse facility. /li liInstall and assemble workshop equipment (benches, storage systems, tooling stations, lifting equipment, etc.). /li liDefine and implement efficient storage solutions for tools, components, and hardware. /li liAssist in layout planning to optimize workflow, safety, and space utilization. /li liParticipate in the reception, inspection, and proper storage of incoming equipment and materials. /li /ul h3Inventory Logistics /h3 ul liImplement and maintain an organized inventory management system. /li liTrack tools, consumables, and critical spare parts. /li liCoordinate material flow between storage, workshop, and production areas. /li liEnsure proper labeling, documentation, and traceability of stored items. /li /ul h3Maintenance Safety /h3 ul liMaintain cleanliness, order, and overall functional readiness of the workshop and warehouse. /li liEnsure compliance with safety procedures and contribute to risk assessments. /li liIdentify potential hazards and proactively suggest improvements. /li liMaintain safe storage conditions for tools, materials, and potentially hazardous items. /li /ul h3Documentation Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liMaintain setup documentation, equipment logs, and maintenance records. /li liContribute to improving processes, organization, and workshop efficiency. /li liWork closely with engineers and operations teams to support ongoing activities. /li /ul h3What you need to be successful /h3 ul li2–5 years of hands‑on experience in workshop setup, industrial maintenance, warehouse operations, or similar environments.



/li liStrong mechanical skills and practical problem‑solving mindset. /li liExperience with industrial tools, lifting equipment, and workshop machinery. /li liComfortable working in an evolving environment where processes are being built from scratch. /li liOrganized, structured, and detail‑oriented. /li liAbility to take initiative and work autonomously while remaining a strong team player. /li liBasic understanding of safety standards in industrial environments. /li liExperience in welding (TIG, MIG, or similar) is required, particularly for workshop installation and infrastructure setup.
