- Install, commission, validate and optimize new automation systems.
- Conduct on-site system audits and performance checks.
- Deliver customer training (classroom and on-the-job).
- Participate in customer meetings and scoping sessions.
- Troubleshoot and provide fault-finding and support for installed systems.




- Provide remote and on-site technical support.
- Engage in production optimization activities.
- Support sales initiatives with technical input.

- Strong technical background
- Experience with automation systems, ideally Sandvik Automation products
- Knowledge of networking and network protocols
- Good computer skills and reporting capabilities
- Mining or heavy equipment environment experience is a plus
