About the Company

As we scale our international market presence, we are looking for high-performing professionals to join our general outbound sales and client development team.

Key Responsibilities

- - Outbound Market Sourcing: Proactively identify, map, and gather fresh potential client databases from open business sources and specialized digital networks.

- Inside Sales & Outbound Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns (~50 targeted interactions per day for part-time / 80-120 interactions for full-time) to engage international prospects interested in financial technologies and software.

- Lead Qualification & Discovery: Present Assetara's software ecosystem, professionally handle initial objections, qualify potential enterprise or individual accounts, and successfully schedule product demonstrations.

- CRM Pipeline Management: Maintain 100% data integrity inside Zoho CRM daily, assigning accurate lead statuses and interaction logs.

- Multi-Channel Follow-ups: Utilize direct messaging channels (WhatsApp and preferred corporate messengers) to deliver product info kits and track unique referral attributions.

- Performance Standards:



Meet monthly engagement metrics, maintaining a standard of valid 1-minute quality business conversations.

Requirements

- - Experience: 3+ months of proven success in outbound call centers, cold calling, or telemarketing (prior exposure to Fintech, SaaS, Trading, Finance, or online educational platforms is highly advantageous).

- Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Confident phone presence, clear diction, and no language barriers.

- Lead Generation Skills: Ability to independently source target audiences and extract potential client contacts from social and digital networks.

- Technical Requirements: Familiarity with CRM structures (preferably Zoho CRM) and a reliable remote workspace setup (high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, quiet environment).

- Professional Mindset: Highly self-motivated, resilient against rejection, target-driven, and focused on building a long-term commission pipeline.
