Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive safety and reliability design for Schneider Electric products, coordinating across Marketing and Engineering to embed DfSR practices. You lead quality initiatives, guide squads on risk and robustness, and promote a culture of quality through training. You will shape design decisions and quality reviews for new product introductions at scale, contributing to safer, more reliable solutions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership position with a strong impact on product performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years in engineering or quality




• Experience in Design for Reliability (DfSR) and/or DfSS
• Experience with electromechanical power management and electronics preferred
• Experience in agile product development
• CTQ definition from VOC, AHP, QFD; P-diagram; FMEA; FTA; DOE
• Tolerancing experience; worst-case analysis; Monte Carlo simulations a plus
• Statistical tools: Minitab, Reliasoft, JASP; Software: Reliasoft, Jama, Minitab, JASP, CETOL
• Certifications: Design for Six Sigma; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt; CRE; ISO9001; CRE or equivalent reliability expert
• Soft skills: strong leadership, coaching, customer-oriented, analytical mindset, change management in multicultural settings
• Languages: Professional proficiency in Spanish and English
• Mobility: Driving license; travel u003c10% per project; Spain location (Puente La Reina)
