You will lead and optimize global Workday HR solutions, focusing on compensation, job architecture, and reporting, while guiding cross-functional teams. The role supports centralizing HR technologies, driving digital transformation, and ensuring compliant, scalable systems. You will partner with HR, payroll, finance, and business leaders to deliver tangible business value. This is a hands-on, strategic position with global impact and opportunities to shape Workday adoption and innovation.

• Lead rollout and enhancement of Workday modules with a focus on Advanced Compensation, Job Architecture, salary benchmarking, merit and bonus programs, pay ranges, and reporting
• Act as Functional Expert for Workday Core HCM- Compensation and at least one additional module (e.g., Talent u0026 Performance, Reporting u0026 Analytics, Journeys, Learning, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management)
• Collaborate with HR COEs, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance and leaders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, compliant Workday solutions globally
• Leverage consulting skills and business acumen to integrate Workday into the business ecosystem and meet expected results
• Drive Workday innovation and digital transformation using AI capabilities, ML, skills intelligence, and automation
• Lead workshops, training,



and stakeholder discussions; develop docs and best practices to drive adoption
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with technical teams to ensure reliability
• Collaborate on integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party apps
• Stay updated with Workday releases and industry trends and propose relevant enhancements

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of end-to-end Workday implementation/AMS/rollout experience for general clients (Americas, Europe, APAC)
• Knowledge of Core HCM localization and regulatory requirements across regions
• Experience leading or supporting Workday Core HCM workshops
• Hands-on Workday HCM u0026 Compensation experience; certification a plus but not mandatory
• Experience with advanced Workday modules beyond Core HCM (e.g., Talent u0026 Performance, Reporting u0026 Analytics, Journeys, Adaptive Planning, Learning, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management)
• English required; additional European language skills are a plus
• Knowledge of local labor laws, works councils, and governance standards
