In this Senior Scientist role, you will architect a predictive multiomics AI framework to accelerate target discovery for immune-mediated diseases. You’ll bridge data science with biology, translating complex datasets into therapeutic insights and real-world lab outcomes. You work within a global pharma setting, contributing to a mission of disease reversal by integrating single-cell, proteomics, and spatial transcriptomics with AI. This position offers hybrid/remote flexibility in Spain and a chance to shape next-generation treatments.

Responsabilidades
• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, AI, or related quantitative field
• 2+ years of experience handling large-scale multiomics data (single-cell, transcriptomics, proteomics)
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML models (deep learning, representation learning, transformers) for biological data
• Master-level skills in high-performance or cloud computing and reproducible workflows like Nextflow
• Ability to translate complex code and biology into compelling narratives for cross-functional teams
