We own, evolve, and connect the PC tech stack, driving automation, AI adoption, and seamless Celonaut experiences across 18 countries and the full Celonaut lifecycle. Our stack includes Workday, Greenhouse, Make, Jira, UKG, and an expanding set of AI and automation tooling. /p pWe don't just implement technology, we design how work gets done. We're system experts, project leads, and solution builders in equal measure. We architect the intelligence layer of the PC function, owning the systems, automations, and AI capabilities that power the Celonaut experience from hire to retire. Our approach is simple: maximise what we have, eliminate what slows us down, and lead the practical application of AI to make PC a smarter, more scalable function, with the ultimate goal to deliver an exceptional employee experience. /p h3The Role /h3 pThis is a brand new role on the team, created to meet a strategic need that doesn't yet have an owner: turning our AI and automation ambitions into People Culture curated production-ready solutions. /p pYou'll be the primary builder of AI-powered workflows, agentic automations, and system integrations across our PC tech ecosystem. You'll work hands-on with tools like Make, Claude and Workday. Designing and delivering solutions that meaningfully reduce manual effort and improve the Celonaut experience. /p pThis is not a research role or a strategy role. It is b80% building, 20% shaping what we should build next. /b If you're energised by going from idea to working automation quickly, and you care about the PC domain those automations serve, this role is for you. /p pAs part of our tech strategy, we're moving from platform acquisition to feature optimisation and AI-driven intelligence. We need someone who can implement, maintain and enable agentic AI as a new way of working across the PC function, not just theorise about it. /p h3The Work You’ll Do /h3 h3Build deliver (80%) /h3 ul liDesign, build and maintain automations and agentic solutions across our PC tech stack using Make, API integrations, and agentic AI frameworks /li liImplement end-to-end AI workflows from prompt design and LLM orchestration to testing,



deployment, and iteration as well as owning enabling our people teams on the new solution. /li liConfigure and extend Workday to support new automation logic and integration requirements /li liOwn the AI and automation layer of our tech ecosystem, keeping it performant, documented, and scalable /li liThinking outside the box and ahead of trends. New challenges will arise on this journey and maintenance and governance need to be part of the thought process. /li liProject manage the projects you are working on end to end including stakeholder management, governance and enablement /li /ul h3Shape advise (20%) /h3 ul liContribute to the team's AI strategy, bring ideas, evaluate new tools and frameworks, and help set the direction for what we build next /li liAct as the team's go-to on AI feasibility: assess incoming requests, identify what's buildable and what's not, and recommend approaches /li liStay ahead of the AI and automation landscape, track relevant releases, frameworks, and PC tech innovations and translate them into team opportunities /li liSupport the broader PC function in understanding what AI can and can't do for them. /li /ul h3The Qualifications You Need /h3 ul liStrong systems thinking: you can look at a complex, multi-tool environment and identify where automation creates the most value /li liAgentic AI frameworks such as Claude, OpenAI or Gemini /li liPrompt engineering LLM orchestration /li liMake or similar iPaaS automation tools /li liAPI integration knowledge such as REST and webhooks and experience with MCP /li liA genuine understanding of HR operations, you don't need to be an HR expert, but you need to understand how people functions work, why it matters and how HR processes generally look like and work /li liThe ability to move fast without cutting corners, you prototype quickly, test rigorously, and document as you go /li liClear communication: you can explain a technical solution to a non-technical PC stakeholder and make it land /li liComfort with ambiguity, this is a new role in a team that is actively building its AI practice.
