/liliHands‑on experience with project management platforms such as Asana; knowledge of Jira is a plus. /liliAbility to manage multiple complex projects concurrently; preferably in software development or business operations. /liliProven success facilitating global team collaboration and influencing decision‑making across senior leadership in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. /liliStrong communication, active listening, analytical problem‑solving, and time‑management skills, with the ability to foster healthy debate and provide constructive coaching and feedback. /liliExtensive finance background is not required, but a genuine interest in learning the business is. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pBase Salary Compensation Range: EUR 47,000.00 – 65,666.66brBonus Target: 12.5% annual. We expect the compensation and target bonus for this role to fall within the stated range.
